A little help getting connected

Simple checks for the most common eSIM hiccups.

Before you start

  • An eSIM-compatible, unlocked phone
  • A stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Your QR code or manual setup details

1. Check the basics

Connect to Wi-Fi. Check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked. Confirm that the plan has not expired.

2. If the QR code will not scan

Increase the brightness on the screen displaying your QR code and try again. Do not share your code publicly.

3. Try the manual install option

Use the manual setup details from your order if scanning is not possible. If the eSIM was already installed, do not reinstall it without support advice.

4. Check your data settings

Make sure the eSIM is enabled and selected for mobile data. Restart your phone. If you are still offline, contact support before deleting the eSIM.
