Terms, in plain language.

A draft overview of using Simpli and its prepaid eSIM plans.

Draft pending legal review. This is working copy, not a final policy. TODO: Confirm the business identity, service practices, providers, timelines, applicable law, and consumer rights before accepting real orders.

Agreement and eligibility

These draft Terms describe the proposed agreement between you and the business operating Simpli. By using the live service or buying an eSIM, customers would agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. Customers must be at least 18 or the age of majority where they live. TODO: Confirm the legal entity, approved age requirements, and final terms before launch. This prototype does not sell or activate live plans.

The service and devices

Simpli plans are intended to be prepaid, data-only eSIMs supplied through third-party providers and mobile networks. Unless a plan clearly says otherwise, they do not include a phone number, regular calls, or SMS. Before purchase, check that the exact device variant supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and is suitable for the destination. Install with a stable internet connection, follow the supplied instructions, and keep QR codes and setup details private. Do not delete an installed profile unless support or the provider instructs you to.

Orders, prices, delivery, and validity

Prices are shown in PKR; the live checkout must explain any taxes or other charges. Payment would be handled by a third-party processor. An order would be accepted when its eSIM is issued, subject to availability and checks for pricing errors or suspected fraud. Delivery is digital and expected by email and/or account, usually within minutes, but timing must be confirmed. Each plan has a stated data allowance and validity. Validity generally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network or at a start time shown for the plan. Unused data may expire at the end of validity, and some plans may have activation deadlines or fair-use conditions. TODO: Confirm delivery, taxes, payment, activation, validity, top-up, and plan conditions with the supplier.

Coverage, use, and service limits

Coverage, speed, and availability depend on the network, location, device, and local conditions and are not guaranteed. Customers must follow applicable local laws and must not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, resale without permission, or activity that harms network systems. Networks or authorities may restrict or interrupt service. Data-only eSIMs do not support emergency calling; use an appropriate local service for emergencies.

Third parties, refunds, and privacy

Third-party suppliers, network operators, and payment processors may have their own terms. Refund eligibility is described in the draft Refund Policy and remains subject to applicable consumer rights. The draft Privacy Policy explains proposed personal-data handling. TODO: Confirm supplier terms, refunds, privacy practices, and all required consumer disclosures.

Intellectual property and responsibility

Simpli names, branding, and original service content belong to Simpli or its licensors; third-party names and marks belong to their owners. The supplied draft proposes limits on warranties and liability, including a cap based on the affected plan price, but those terms require legal review and cannot override rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. The proposed indemnity, suspension, termination, force-majeure, and account rules also require review before use.

Changes, governing law, and contact

The draft proposes that updates be posted with a new date and apply to future purchases. TODO: Add the legal business name, registered address, governing jurisdiction, court venue, dispute process, and effective date. The supplied document suggests an informal support-first dispute period and mentions optional arbitration; these choices are unresolved and are not adopted as final terms.
